This policy explains how COLLIDE, Justin Danner Ministries, and participating organizers use information through registration, livestreams, and future community experiences.

Information collected

We may collect contact, registration, donation, support, device, analytics, and participation information. If you choose to donate, payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by this website.

Registration and event communications

We use registration information to confirm attendance, provide schedule or venue updates, deliver virtual-access details, communicate important event changes, prevent abuse, and support attendees. These necessary event communications are separate from promotional email consent.

Promotional email consent

Visitors may join the email list through the Stay Connected form. This promotional choice is optional and is not required to register or donate. We record the subscriber's email, consent source, and subscription status so we can honor that choice. Kit processes website email-list signups and confirmation messages on our behalf. We use this permission only for news and promotional emails and do not treat it as permission for unrelated uses.

Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option. You may withdraw consent at any time, and doing so will not affect your registration or the necessary event communications described above.

Sharing

Information may be shared with providers supporting hosting, payment, email, analytics, video, security, and event operations; with authorities when required; or in an organizational transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies, retention, and security

Necessary technologies support checkout and site functionality. We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions. In regions where consent is required, analytics storage remains disabled until a visitor accepts it through the COLLIDE privacy panel. Visitors may decline analytics without affecting registration or access and may reopen Cookie Settings from the site footer. Information is retained as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations. No system guarantees absolute security.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. We may verify identity or retain records when legally required.
