Hotel booking instructions
- Use the dedicated Danner group booking link. The room block covers October 15–18, 2026.
- A two-night minimum is required, and every discounted reservation must include Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17.
- Reserve by 11:59 p.m. hotel time on September 15, 2026. Unreserved rooms are released after the cutoff.
- One king or two queen beds are $142 per night. Breakfast is not included, and the rate is before the hotel’s current 11% occupancy taxes.
- A personal credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, and each guest is responsible for all charges.
- Cancel at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid charges. If the room is not used, the guest is responsible for payment.
- Check-in is 3:00 p.m.; check-out is 11:00 a.m. Early arrivals are accommodated as rooms become available.
- To avoid an early checkout fee, tell the hotel at or before check-in if your planned departure date changes.
