Terms, Registration, Donation Policy, Release & Waiver

Agreement

By purchasing, registering, attending, viewing, participating in a COLLIDE event, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms for yourself and any minor for whom you register.

Complimentary registration and optional donations

COLLIDE Resurgence registration is complimentary. Donations are voluntary, are not required for admission or online access, and do not provide preferred seating or other registration benefits. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, donations and any membership, digital product, replay, or merchandise sales are final and nonrefundable. Processing, shipping, and service fees are nonrefundable.

Assumption of risk

Attendance may involve risks including travel, crowds, slips, falls, illness or communicable disease exposure, emotional or spiritual content, activities, third-party conduct, and risks that cannot be anticipated. To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks arising from attendance or participation.

Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Justin Danner Ministries, IHPM, COLLIDE, the venue, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from ordinary negligence connected with attendance or participation. This does not waive liability that cannot legally be waived, including gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or other nonwaivable rights. The released parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable ticket or product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical care and property

You are responsible for determining whether you can safely participate. In an emergency, you authorize reasonable emergency assistance and accept resulting costs. Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Conduct and removal

We may refuse admission or remove anyone whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, harassing, threatening, or contrary to venue rules, without refund. Weapons, illegal substances, unauthorized solicitation, recording, or commercial activity are prohibited.

Photography and media

Events may be photographed, livestreamed, and recorded. By entering an event area, you grant organizers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image, voice, and likeness captured incidentally for documentation, promotion, education, and distribution, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Livestreaming and recording prohibited

Attendees may not livestream any part of the event on social media or any other platform or make audio or video recordings of event programming. Only authorized event staff may livestream or record the event. Violations may result in removal without refund and a request to delete unauthorized content.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must register for and supervise each minor and accepts these terms for that minor to the extent permitted by law.

Memberships, community, and digital content

Membership provides a personal, limited, revocable license to access materials while active. Do not share credentials, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit content. Community participation requires respectful conduct and does not create a confidential counseling, medical, legal, or clergy relationship. Content is educational and spiritual, not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Membership renewals continue until canceled; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund prior payments or accessed digital content.

Changes and force majeure

Speakers, schedules, venue, format, and programming may change. Organizers are not liable for delay, modification, or nonperformance caused by weather, public health events, government action, labor disputes, utility or platform outages, acts of God, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
